coupon usage report page for "Ubercart-Discount-Coupons" module

I am using "Ubercart-Discount-Coupons"([login to view URL]) as a marketing tool, each of my site partner will have a specific coupon for their clients, when their client place an order on my site, my partner will get a fix commission or percentage commission.
What I need is :
My partner should have a page to view the usage of their own coupon( they don't need to have an account on my site, just a page/url for showing the usage of his coupon)
At the moment, the coupon report is showing on the admin page "[login to view URL]"
1: Each coupon has a specific url/page for showing the usage report (setting for page to be seen by anonymous user or authenticated user)
2: The report page can be exactly the same like the report page at the moment,no need to modify.
3: I want a separate module from uc_coupon to only do this
4： Can also be a page where my site partners may submit their coupon codes and view the reports of their coupon usage.
