build simple rest api w/ apigee console

I'd like someone to build a REST API using APIGEE CONSOLE. Before bidding you should check out the APIGEE Console and play around with it. [url removed, login to view]

Using Basic Oauth...

This will be a simple API with a few actions.

I want to allow developers to be able to POST photos to the site from mobile apps they build. For example, if they have a photo app and they want to allow users to share photos to my platform, they will be able to.

If posting a photo, the user should be able to delete photo.

If developer wants, they should be able to retrieve users account info. This means photos, settings, people they follow and account info.

PLEASE DO NOT BID UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT APIGEE. NOT GOING TO HIRE ANYONE WHO JUST BIDS. I WILL NOT HIRE SOMEONE ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY DONT KNOW APIGEE.
