We are a Sales Company. Our leads are provide by an external marketing company, provided to us. They firstly need to be imported into our CRM, be allocated a Customer Number, then tracked. Firstly the client is allocated to a in-home consultant, if it is successful to the next stage, it is forwarded to the next process; The next process is for a Financial Broker to qualify the clients financial details to ensure that it is worth booking the next appointment; If the client qualifies, the client is booked with a Senior Financial Stategist & External Financial Broker; Once the appointment is concluded there is an outcome, wether they signed up or not; If yes, they go onwards to purchase a property with the assistance of the company. We need Zoho to manage the whole process, giving everyone access to the CRM in order for updates, however once it passes a stage of the Initial in-home consultant, this consultant is not to have any further editing access. Please provide your experience with Zoho CRM, a plan on how to get this working Ultimately, and the expected timeframes that you require.

Kindly suggest. Most important aspect for tele-sales staff and the team are to manage their work. Based on our understanding of this domain and our past expertise in developing such applications, following would be the important components of this job. a. Creation of new lead b. Assigning it to sales executive c. Records customer data d. Update conversation history (b/w sales person and customer) e. Hierarchy for the staff members f. Rules and permissions with supervisory rights in the application. g.
