Create virtualbox environment for C++ development and Setup Toolchain

We have a C++ project that was developed in a linux environment and so this project includes setting up a virtualbox ubuntu environment and taking our developed C++ code and making sure the environment will properly compile our code and development C++ project. This project also includes making sure the correct tool chain for our Intel i3 hardware is setup and compiling correctly with our C++ code and then taking our current code that is written for experimental development and preparing and documenting the code using our flow diagrams and the C++ code to make a SDS or API document. The last part of the project includes cleaning up the C++ code so that it also ready for production and API use. Hardware Used: NUC D33217GKE, Bluetooth, projector to video/HDMI out, HID, GPIO, and Sensors. Language Requirements: C++ 11 and GCC 4.7 and need to have the code base and makefile moved to GCC 4.9 Must have knowledge working with Bluetooth and HID in Linux Environment. Task Item Outline: -Setup virtual development environment using virtual box that is compatible with our current C++ code -Make sure we and the freelancer have access to the virtual linux and C++ environment -Show our team what progress has been made and how to get started in editing our code and show us that you got it to compile using the toolchain and makefile -Clean up code -Document how our code is laid out and make a draft SDS -Make changes to code to make it production ready -Make functions in code to allow a production API to be used -Document API -Improve performance of code, including the added functionality of multi-threading -Setup code environment with some type of source control that our team and the freelancer can access
