Craigslist Auto-Responder/Scraper

Looking to develop a Craigslist auto-responder or scraper to be used as a marketing tool. I'd like it to be developed as a web app, and have a user-friendly interface to work with it as well. I want to use it personally for a niche business concept I have, but may want to market it as SaaS eventually to others too. The application would need to be able to do the following: Be able to automatically pool Craigslist or use its RSS feed or a software program already available, to get data on a set time schedule. Rotate through a list of defined e-mail addresses to send e-mail responses from, as Craigslist imposes restrictions on the number of messages one e-mail account can send in a specified period of time. Specify one/multiple/all Craigslist markets/cities to pool for data. Option to select a specific region Be able to enter specific keywords to search listings for. Record/Log of e-mails sent out as responses with option to be BCC'd on responses too. E-mail writer/composer to define what you want e-mail responses to say Scraper to grab other information like phone numbers and details from listings. More features to come later..... A qualified candidate will be able to share a solid plan that could be put into place to fully develop this application. Include coding languages you would use and a summary of how you would accomplish the above requirements. You MUST have a solid English language understanding, and be fluent in both written and verbal communication.
