Convert an Excel project (4 sheets) to a stand alone web app.

I have created a financial modeling tool which has a user interface page and 3 printable reports that flow from it. I need it converted to a stand alone web app (no Excel needed by viewer) which allows full functionality and equal or better graphics, and which will allow for subscription use when embedded in my website. Here is a pdf of the sheets. PS I think the idea of having to pay for your privacy control is outright piracy. Why should you not guard your client's privacy as if it were your own? The new business morality........If someone is interested in bidding on my project and I agree, I will pay for a privacy charge, but not until. Very hard to want to send you any pdf or project info.
