Complete Test and Event Registration Software

Looking to develop a comprehensive software application for Registration. Usage will be for test registration and camp registration. Every feature listed is necessary, and the job will not be considered complete if some are missing. We are very open to suggestions on how this should be developed. They’re more features that will be required in the future, and the person awarded this bid will be the preferred candidate for all ongoing projects. Registration Form/Web Store: o Each organization is given their own url (web address) for their registration which can be linked to from the school's site or accessed directly. o Each organization has their own custom registration form. o Site can be customized to each organization (banner, logo, colors) o Create custom questions to acquire information-ability to incorporate drop down lists, checkboxes, custom text fields, etc. These fields should be able to be optional or mandatory. o Ability for Limited quantity of available spots for registration o Ability for a wait list to be created o Email confirmation to person registering. o Registration fee structure is variable to fit each organization’s needs; variable fees, late fees, fee waivers o Ability to track fees and balances o Ability to post a payment Administrator/Report Center o Administrator accounts with login and password credentials needs to be created o Ability to create new events, and see a list of all available events o Administrator should be able to click on an event and see who has registered for that event. All reports should be available to export to a CSV or Excel file. o Total number of people registered for an event o Report that shows a list of events by day and location o Registration Overview Report: Overview of total events, total registrants, total fees, total collected o A list of users/payers and the events they are registered for o Ability to create a custom report, where administrator can choose the variables they need to see Finances • Payment Entry - Search for a student and enter a payment made at school. • Batch Payment Entry - Enter payments for several students using a "table" based interface. Great when entering many payments. • Discrepancy Report - This multifunctional report lists students who have a balance due, paid in full or over paid (dropped exam needs a refund). • Discrepancy Email - You can email all students who have a balance due. This is a form email that you can compose very quickly. • Paid in Full (no balance) - Students who have a balance of 0 (includes fee waivers) • Free or Reduced Lunch Students- Students that checked that they are eligible for Free or Reduced Lunch • Record a Refund - Here you can record a refund given to a student. This is helpful if a student decides not to take an exam. You can enter the amount of the refund. • Refund Report - A list of students who have been refunded fees and the total amount refunded.
