Commenting Script for HTML Site - repost

We are using a commenting script on our website called Disqus. That system normally requires all posts to show the date of each post. Our coder could not remove the post date function without also removing the posters name, so we hired a vendor to fix it for us. They fixed it - so each post shows the posters name and NOT the date - which worked perfectly. For some reason - now every post is showing a post date of 3 to 5 years ago, and we cannot get in touch with the original vendor. We need someone who knows Disqus and can remove the function that forces us to show the post date for every post - but it MUST continue to show all the previous posts and the names of each poster. The script is running on 6 pages of our website - so all six pages need to be fixed. Also - the other vendor erased the IP address for each post for us - we want that to continue (ie: each post should NOT show the posters IP address).
