Cold Calling Management System

Basically the attached excel sheet is a cold calling list that I use. I am an apartment broker finding sellers and buyers for apartment buildings in San Diego. I am looking for an easy system where I will be able to upload an excel sheet(like the one provided) and be able to easily select any of the categories provided ( like a name) and have it pop up with everything that that person owns and all the information that is within the row of that category(name). After I am able to select a category I want to be able to add a notes section where I can write in my notes of the dates I called and any other notes pertaining to that call. I also want to be able to edit any detail relating to the contact or category that I choose. I want to be able to color code anything on there. I want it to look like contact management where it is easy to input all information easily.
