1) Product-based solution
- We have a multi-channel CRM System that supports multiple products. This is built over open platforms (all community editions). This is originally built for Insurance products but can be customized for other industries.
- The intellectual property belongs to us. We have implemented the system in quite a few Customers, all of whom can be referenced upon request.
- We propose to grant a license for the same depending on your needs.
- We propose to do necessary screen customization and configuration.
2) Service delivery outline
- We propose to do on-site requirements analysis and UAT support depending upon your needs. We would expect that design aesthetics (if any) as well as specifications would come from you.
- The deliverables will be analysis document, Test Results, User Manual, and the Software itself, hosted in your infrastructure (can be cloud-based depending upon your regulatory needs).
- We propose to do it in Fixed Price mode with milestones for sign-off, analysis, delivery and acceptance.
- We estimate the work to take about 8-12 weeks from start to go live including UAT.
- We propose to do technology transfer to your in-house staff for post-implementation production support, however, if you want, we would be open to provide the same.
3) Pricing model
- The price provided is budgetary.
- The model will have a License Fee, Implementation Charges, and AMC.
