Adding drag & drop two and single column layout container using PHP, Ajax(JQuery), MySQL

We are currently looking of an expert PHP, JQuery developers for one of a project. We have planned to outsource the entire project to the best developer. But to know the actual capability of the developer, we are releasing just one module. If the code standard and quality is good, we will give the entire full project to the developer.

The requirements for the modules are given below:

Dynamically creating (by dragging and dropping) a separate single column and two column layout container. Allow adding div components inside the two column layout. Also need the option to drag and drop and sort the placed div components. The dynamically created (dragged and dropped ) div components id should be dynamically generated and saved in the database.

We will tell the modules details and database structure to be used in brief, when we finalize the bid.
