Church Website Needed

I was wondering if anyone can build a website with Control Panel for a church take a look at this site ( [login to view URL]) I want to build a church website with admin panel to post News and events. The website should have the following features (1) Slide show similar to [login to view URL] on "Home" page (2) Photo Gallery: Can upload photos in the admin Panel. - Members able to rate and comment on photos - Members can share photo (3) Video Gallery: I should be able to upload video via Admin Panel - Members able to rate and comment on Videos - Members can share Video (4)News Gallery : I should be able to add news via Admin Panel - Members able to rate and comment on news - Members can share news (5)Newsletter: Members can subscribe to Newsletter: and get notification via E-mail once news, video, photo etc are added. (6) Prayer Requests: similar to contact us where members can send their prayer requests directly to the Pastor or an email I shall provide directly from the website. (7) Donation: a page similar to [login to view URL] (8) Profile Page Church members can create their personal profile to; -Upload personal pictures -About Me - tell others a little more about themselves That will be it, Please tell me if you can handle project.
