Custom CSV generation script

I need web-based software written that will generate custom .csv (comma-separated value) files. Here is how it will work: For 1 website, I will provide 7 different pieces of data, for example: URL: [login to view URL] Category: Technology Description: Technology blog about laptops Title: Jeff's Laptop Blog Tags/Keywords: technology, laptop, keywords Number: 4 Name: Jeff The script will generate 11 different .csv files. For example, the first .csv will be: URL Category Description Price [login to view URL] Technology Technology blog about laptops $20 [login to view URL] Finance Personal finance blog $25 In this case, URL, Category and Description are all pulled from the 7 fields above. Price is automatically calculated by a formula I will provide you. The second .csv will be: Category URL Title Language Technology [login to view URL] Jeff's Laptop Blog English Finance [login to view URL] Abcd's of Finance English In this case, Category, URL and Title are all pulled from the 7 fields above. Language will always be "English" by default. So in total 11 [login to view URL] files will be created with different columns and fields. In the examples above, the .csv files contain data for 2 websites. I want to be able to provide data for 100 websites and have 11 different .csv files created, each with 100 rows (1 row for each website). I am open to suggestions but I prefer the software to be web-based, perhaps something where I can upload a .csv file which contains data for 100 websites, then I click a few checkboxes to specify the settings, then click a button that runs the script and generates the 11 .csv files. I have not shared all the information in this description because I would like to keep the details private so please let me know if you have any questions. Would like to start this project asap, so please include your time to complete, bid price and any milestones you think may be required. This should be a fairly easy project for someone who is a good programmer, I have all the fields mapped and explained for each .csv.
