I am looking for someone to make me a unique custom CMS system.
Features:
- Admin Panel
- - With Secure Login
- Plugins System
- - With Install/Uninstall/Activate/Deactivate functions
- - With Secure License function check
- - - Should check if the plugin uses licenses, or if it is free
- - - If not free, let the user enter a license key
- - - Check if the license is valid for that domain or IP.
- - - Make it work something like WHMCS license system.
- Template System
- - in [login to view URL] it should be possible to set it it should be possible to use PHP in the templates

- Theme System
- - Theme System Like [login to view URL]'s Script
- - Import & Export Themes
- Blank Index Page for none admins
- Choose Admin Rights
- - So like some admins can only access something at the admin panel
That is all, powerfull, and simple.
It should aswell work for multiple admins.
