Customization of Fusion Ticket ticketing software

We are looking to hire someone to customize the PHP ticketing software called Fusion Ticket. We need to: Set a time/date that tickets can be purchased by customers for an event and time/date that tickets can no longer be purchased for that event. For example, we would like the online ticket window for a specific event to open at noon the day before the event and close at 4 pm the day of the event. Outside these times, the event would still be visible to viewers, and they would be able to see the seating chart that will show what tickets remain after the purchase time window has closed. We already have Fusion Ticket installed and working on our server, so no additional services will be required -- just the additional customization. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested.
