Clipshare - Create Second Layer Category in Channels

I need a second category in clipshare - for example : Channels > Cars > Ferrari's or Channels > Friends > Season 1 That type of thing... From what I understand this would mean modifying the database, I was told this may not be possible but thought I'd post and see what was said about it. I don't want just anybody saying "I could do it", It has to be done right so I would require someone with knowledge of clipshare and this type of modification , Please also explain to me how exactly it can be done too. I would also like to be able to place existing videos on the site into the subcategories. Subcategory selection required upon uploading/embedding videos. Must be able to create Subcategories in SiteAdmin. Budget $50 - $120 Thanks.
