commercial internet quiz

I want a highly interactive question and answer quiz/gaming website in which users can actually log in with valid biodata/usernames and unique passwords which will be bought for a token amount physically,answer questions and win cash prices.....a very good example is who wants to be a millionaire. The questions will be in stages/levels with each question timed,so that if a certain question is not answered within a certain timeframe,the user loses his/her [login to view URL] the higher the question level, the higher the price money thet can be won. All the questions and answers will be in a database(MySQL) preferrably. ## Deliverables the database version could be backward compatible i.e you may use version 4 or 3 depending on the programmers choice of the best version and the hosting company/server.
