add features to existing php/mysql banner script

Modify existing banner script to include new features and fix any existing problems in the script. This is a PHP/MySQL project. ## Deliverables Since rentacoder has changed the way they do things and Im not sure where your supposed to put the details about the project im going to put them here so make sure you read this: 1) add caching to banner display when the banners are displayed if the same banner is displayed again the next time the page is reloaded there should be no reload time for the same banner to be displayed and once all the banners are displayed it should load each time very fast and not wait for the banners to all download again. 2) add option for multiple campaigns for each user users can currently have multiple banners displayed in the rotation, but i would like to add the ability to have users have multiple campaigns so the banners can be displayed in different places at the same time. this option is for the admin and for regular users. 3) fix banner counters currently the script doesnt count the displays and clicks properly on the add new banner page. 4) fix stats page the way the stats page is currently laid out is really bad. its too big for the browser. 5) add text ads add the option for 'google style' text ads to be displayed as a part of a banner campaign or as a separate campaign with other text only ads.
