This project is to create the forms for entering traffic ticket information. You will divide the following work into 3 parts. Max bid for each part will be $50 with a maximum of $150 for all the following. When bidding please confirm the 3 parts that you may like the following work to be broken into. Choose as you like. An "agent" on behalf of one or more customers may register and then log into the Web (JEE) based system and enter the traffic ticket information for one or more traffic tickets for each of the customer that the agent represents. These ticket information will then be sent to one or more "Service Providers". Each of these service provider after registration / log in should be able to view the ticket information sent to him or her via e mail for quote. The service provider should be able to ask questions / respond back to questions and provide price quote just like here at RAC or any better. An agent should also be able to attach one or more documents in zip format - just like here at RAC. We will add more features to this at later stages in subsequent projects. Preference of Technology - Feel free to advise. Our choice is as follows: JEE with Open Source Spring and JSP on the front end. MySql database for storing of the final documents. GUI - Simple JSP. Feel free to devise any thing you like. IDE - Any open source Java IDE. Compiling of Code via Ant or any thing better. Server - Open source e.g. Tomcat etc CMS for utilizing forums - [login to view URL] Let me know if you have some better choices / ideas. For Each of the 3 parts: You must provide complete documentation on how to compile your source code and make changes or additions to it. We will need a hello world program from you explainging how to add more modules / packages to your work. For Each of the 3 parts: You will also provide a readme file to repeat all your work step by step in another testing server. Your documentation should also clarify how to make changes to your code including compiling your? source code and installing or adding other components? / software (to be developed by other coders)? to your work. Must include a HelloWorld program with good comments / notes for this purpose.? Hosting on Linux - Ubuntu 6.06 LTS.
