Desktop application to link transcript with video and audio

We require a desktop application that will allow us to link a transcript with a video / audio or just audio file. To uderstand what I am taking about, take a look at [login to view URL] (select the version for your internet access speed and use the options to view transcript and sync transcript) In addition to the functionality within the linked demo above, we require the ability to search the transcript and the results from the serach will become links within the video / audio or audio only file. Clicking on the links will take you directly to this section of the video / audio or audio file. We expect that applications already exist or at least toolkits for a developer to use that will allow the transcript synchronization with the video / audio or audio only file but we require the ability to easily use these with a user friendly, intuitive GUI interface to do the transcript linking. The files will be played from a web server and may be viewed by numerous persons at once. ## Deliverables 1. Input into whether this is possible, 2. How big the project is in terms of cost and timeframe. The person who offers the most meaningful input and feasible solution will be invited to a private auction to bid on the prject. ## Platform Open to suggestions.
