This will be a custom chat application / helpdesk type application.
No smilies, no sound, no emotions. Just simple text chat.
It's a Sysop chat with multiple users setup. ie The sysop can talk to any user although the users can not talk to each other or see each other.
It needs to have the ability to run on simple browsers such as mobile phone browsers (ie with Java but no flash)
A full description is in the attached file. If you want to be a successful bidder then you must read it and answer a few simple questions in your bid request. This ensures that people don't just bid without knowing what the project actually is (happens too often).
You'll need java / html minimum knowledge to do [url removed, login to view] sql might be used as well depending on how you program this application.
