A database is required for tracking customer orders. It must consist of Customer Details and Order Details aswell as being able to generate forms. It must also be created so that it can be implemented into a website as well as having a feature which allows customers to track their orders via the website by typing in their order number and being directed to a page that displays their order. Please note it must be a courier specific order tracking database.
