Compitition Entry Form

It is just a program for Horse compititions (hunter trials or Cross Country) where one can type number of classes for the day, number of jumps in each class (some are number 10a and 10b) and then have Rider number (or numbers for pairs classes), Horses name, riders name, start time, finish time, durration, each jump with either 0 or number of penalties or E (for Eliminated) or Ret (for Retired), then a total column (any E or Ret will automatically show up in the total column). For each class there will be a "bogey time" which is the expected durration of the course. The whole lot then needs to be sorted first by number of penalties (0 being the best and E then Ret at the bottom), then by how far off the bogey time. It MUST have two printing options. First without the Bogey times, start, finish and durration times, and then an option to print with these times. It should also have a function to archive these results into MS Excel or MS Word. I have an excel version of this if needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 95 or Later.
