Blueprint Planroom

Small business is looking to grow by having an online planroom. I have provided a link below to assist you in trying to figure out what it is I am looking for.[ [login to view URL]][1] Basically my business is scanning large format drawings ( blueprints ) and making them into digital files for archiving purposes. We would like to have a website that would allow our customers to post their current jobs and allow people to login using a username and password. From there they will be able to see an orginized data structure and have the ability to download what files they need.
