Baeg Tobar MMOG

This is a game we are developing based on the fantasy world of Baeg Tobar ([login to view URL]). The game will be a turn-based online MMOG that will involve war, diplomacy, espionage, and the development of the players particular country. Players will receive a certain number of turns per hour which can then be spent on things such as research, construction, attacking, and spying. Games will generally run for a set amount of time. We have the rules finished, what we need is somebody to build and program the game itself. Ideally, I would like to own the code upon completion so I can then reskin the game for several other possibly Baeg Tobar related games.
