Amazon S3 online interface: can you do it?

I guess you know amazon S3. It's not easy to use. I have 400 members in a club and would like to ease for them the process. A kind of [url removed, login to view] service. Only my members would be allowed to access it. There would be a subscribing process, they have to open an account, provide email and password, S3 code, and then they can use it. THE MINIMUM: To offer a service such as [url removed, login to view] MORE: What can you offer more for my members and at what price? I am open to suggestions and am ready to pay - if the service worth the money.
