Alfresco Server with customisations

We want to set up a Alfresco server for our customers and want to create a "multi tenanted" system so we can host multiple customers documents in secured areas. We are a document management company and want to use Alfresco community as the backend system. We need help setting up an Alfresco server in the Amazon Cloud (Linux / Ubuntu etc).

We then need customisations to allow documents to be indexed with separate index fields. In particluar invoices so setup fields like invoice number, order number, supplier, amount.

We want customers to be able to bluk upload documents. This could be on-going work and our brief will develop after the initial phase.

We need an EXPERIENCED Alfresco person. Dont apply if you havent worked with this application please.
