Add small feature to Camchat script .

I need a coder help at small feature to my script bought from [login to view URL] , demo [login to view URL] . Many people online to my chatroom without **clothe** . I need a feature let chatters click "Block this user" to block the user who doen't have full clothed . And when that user have 3 reports "Block this user" from other 3 users, he/she will get banned from our site forever, untill I remove their IP from backlist . Each user may report once for one person (IP) . - The text "Block this user" may change to any text . - The number of report may be set to any: 3 or 2 or whatever . - The IP may be block using .htaccess or your script . The Admin may remove the IP from backlist . - Blocked user can the my own text . (ex: Please contact to me@whatever to unbock your IP ) .
