I'm looking for a coder to meet the needs of a potential client. The description below does not include any specific URL information, but will once a bid has been accepted.? The client is? looking to make better use of the web to reach and effectively serve this increasingly tech-savvy population.? They believe it can? be done by upgrading the website to make it more visible and user-friendly, while also offering interactive capabilities that make it easier for potential clients to access education and counseling services. At the same time, they also are looking at how they can use technology to generate additional revenues. The website could include a section where, for a fee, businesses wanting to reach the first-time buyer market could list their services. It also could include opportunities for donors to contribute online. We are not looking for any substantive design changes to the website. The purpose of this RFP is to assist in selecting a firm to upgrade and enhance the website.? The RFP is due to the client by March 28th. Their decision will be provided by April 30th, at which that time, I will approve a bid on here.
