Add Module to OSCommerce

I need this contribution added to my current OSCommerce site [login to view URL] It should have a default discount amount for each category where if the individual discount per product is left empty, it will default to the group discount amount. if an amount is entered per product for the group, it will use that instead. The amount can be in an increase in dollar value or percentage. So +5 or -5 and -5% or +5%. I also need this contribution installed for Approving Sign Ups [login to view URL] I also need this contribution installed so only people who sign up and are approved can see pricing [login to view URL] basically we are a supplier and we want our distributors or end users to see our catalog. We want suppliers to sign up and and get approved by our admin to see the pricing. Also they will be put into a certain group giving them a mark up or down. Our need is to have the catalog ([login to view URL]) show the products but no prices unless you are logged in, also remove the add to cart button, only the details button in the product listing, and no add to cart in the product info. It should have a line saying "Contact Us Or Sign Up For Pricing" instead of Add To Cart (again this is only when they are not logged in). Once they sign up the user should also get an introduction email (I believe this function already exists) but we will need to add a line saying that they cannot login till they are verified which can take up to 2 business days (I believe this can already be done as well). Also an email needs to be sent to the administrator informing them that a user needs to be verified. If they try to login before verification, it will either not allow them to login or prompt them to that they are still pending verification. As we verify them, we will choose what Customer Price group they are in, and complete the verification. Once verified, the user that signed-up will receive an email saying they have been verified.
