ASP.NET C# Address input usercontrol (similar to bing maps control)

I am looking for a destination input usercontrol. **** Please read attached document for spec **** This is a design and implement project. I expect a design, feedback and implementation.. You need to use RadControls.. RadTextBox, etc… Everything should be done with AJAX.. It must work in a masterpage relation and I should be able to have as many of these on 1 page that I want. So if you do javascript, then the functions should probably be named with appending CLIENTID to be unique.. I will require a demo of this usercontrol, within a masterpage enviroment. They must visualy look exactkly like you see below. I should be able to control all aspects of visualization with properties. Before any coding is started I want feedback on your appraoch and the class structure you will be creating including there properties, methods, events. I think I have covered mostly everything I need however, I expect and this is part of the project is for you to design this usercontrol and provide all necessary properties, methods for me to have full flexibility. It is a design and implement project. Lastly I expect testing. I do not want to get a project late and full of obvious bugs like I did with the last developer..? Bugs are part of all development, but obvious bugs should be taken care off.
