Convert poker player notes file

The 888 Poker's (Pacific Poker network) software allows you to write notes for the players and stores them in a [login to view URL] file. I would like to import them into Hold'em Manager, but it does not supports that format. I would like to have a converter which converts that file into .HMNotes format which could be imported later into Hold'em Manager. Send me private message if you want to see the input file. The converter should work on Windows XP and Windows 7. I would prefer in Java, but can written in any language (maybe PHP, JavaScript, Perl, Python, Ruby etc...) if its easy to execute and you provide the source code and building instructions. Please mention in your bid the language you are going to use. Both formats are plain text files, but I don't know exactly what is what in the file, it's part of your job the reverse engineer a bit to understand the format and play with HM to import the output file. Let me know if there is a problem with that.
