Content Management System (CMS)

I am starting an entertainment site like hollywood.com. I am in the process of finalizing the templates (about 3 very similar ones). I need is a CMS that can do ALL of the following. 1)In the backend: have a document tree which lists all the directories/files under it so I can easily know which pages I have for easy reference to other articles. 2) SEF URLs such as [login to view URL] where I can make as many directories as I want and name them anything. Able to name [login to view URL] anything. Can be done using mod_rewrite if need be. 3) Ability to display the most read articles on any page either overall or by category (updated every night). 4) Searchable db for the front end. Ability to search all or by the directory it is in. Note: By directory it will be something like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] where celebs and photos are the directory. Directories within directories should be allowed. 5) I will need the ability to add meta keywords/descriptions and title to every page. 6) Able to edit existing page. 7) Site will have a lyrics section [login to view URL] There will be a lot of bands, it should auto categorize by band and alphabetize it on the front end page. Users should be able to go to [login to view URL] and view all bands with the beginning name a and this is automatically updated with the new band. Should auto update the band page when lyrics are added. 8) Ability to display the top X newest articles from the whole site or by category. There might be some additional minor features left out, but this pretty much covers the bulk. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Server is running apacha with latest php, perl, mysql, etc. installed. Editing or articles will be done on windows machines.
