Changing a SOAP script that posts orders to an XML Feed

An existing SOAP script is in place on our website to submit new orders to [url removed, login to view] for approval and once approved, then submit the order to our main system via an XML Feed. We are eliminating [url removed, login to view] and need the script modified to directly sent orders to our system via a different XML feed. In addition, new Paypal credentials will need to be inserted into the system.
The site is based on the Interchange eCommerce platform and is running on a Linux box.
FTP/SSH access will be available.
Looking for a skilled programmer that can complete this task quickly and correctly.
