Build a website - repost

Hi I am building a website which is an affiliate for health isurance. I have included the screenshots as a .zip. We sell health insurance and we want a Wizard-like website. The website is divided in steps and doesn’t need to be responsive. Step 1 (see screenshot) This is where people click the first option. Once an option is clicked, the top 3 to the right needs to adjust and show results according to the option that is clicked. Once the option has been clicked, it immediately needs to go to the next step. Step 2 (see screenshot) This step has the same recipe as step 1, only this time people can choose more options en click the red button before they can proceed to step 3. Step 3 (see screenshot) The last step shows the top 3 insurance options according to what people have chosen. Notes: Depending on how much things are going to cost, I want to be able to add new steps from a CMS. Also, the types of insurance that are shown have to be adjustable according to what people choose as options. I don’t know where we need to get this information from, but I have code whith which comparisons can be made between insurance companies.
