Hello Freelancers!
We need a website like: http://www.mailmaps.nl. We have a huge database of opt-in e-mail subscribers with ip addresses. We would like the website to map them like on mailmaps.nl. When a user gives in a zip code the script will look in the MySQL tables for the ip addresses and will show them on the map. The user must be able to make the circle bigger or smaller to get more or less subscribers.
The script must be able to filter on age and gender. There will also be a second platform what will look the same but this will be for b2b, with this version it must be able to filter on business category and company size.
When the user made their selection, the script will show the amount of subscribers and the price. When they go to the next step there must be a form where the user must fill in his contact details etc so we can contact him. When the users has done that we must receive an email with their selection.
Please do not bid if you cannot finish the project.
We will not release any milestones or make any upfront payments before the script is finished and working.
