Hi there Basically I have a small project for a small solicitors firm. I would like to have a small software where once a new clients comes we would like o sore all the clients' details on that software. Please see my attachments this is the type of software i am looking for. If you require i would be delighted to provide more screen shots. Currently in his software i would like to have more columns. This software basically works as once we have stored all the client detail we always have saved MS word templates so what we do is mail merge those with the data base of the clients. basically what this does is once we go to any clients information we click on a write a letter and it asks us to choose the template for the letter once we choose it will automatically write the clients details such as name, address, and their case information such as whether its is personal injury matter or immigration. The current program we using at the moment it also records the time each solicitors spent on each client. This software also does accounting automatically for the firm.
