Custom PHP Event Website

What is needed: A full PHP website with the following components: -An event management system: the main focus of this website is around this event management system. This system will allow users to create events that have several fields and options like name, time, location, description, photo, etc. Once an event is created, it is published in the event browsing page, which lists all the events created by users. Users should be able to filter the event listing page by various options such as location and time or type of event. When a user creates an event and is submitted, it must go through an approval process by the site admins (us). So the developer would also need to design this system and admin interface for reviewing and approving events to be published. Once an event is live, other logged in users can RSVP to this event. This sends the user’s information to the event creator for them to see. Some events are limited to certain types of users, so there is another RSVP option where the event creator can review all possible candidate profile information before approving the user’s RSVP request. Users will have to go through a registration process to create a regular and free membership account. The registration will ask for the users information, and this information will be used in the user’s profile page. The user’s profile page is a simple page that lists all the user’s information for others to see. There will not exist a directory of users, and certain user’s profile can be private. Event creators will also have a personal dashboard, where they can edit their events, see past events, and review list of RSVP’d users. On the admin end, a very simple management system will have to be created that keeps track of all the users and events, and gives us ability to manage the accounts of users and also manage events (such as the ability to suspend an account or delete an event or send an email to the user or event creator. And that’s about all the dynamic content the site will have. The other pages are all static and are just what you see is what you get. These include: the home page, about pages, contact page, and other information pages. Some of these pages will have forms with simple text fields that can be emailed to the admin. All the above mentioned pages have already been designed in Photoshop, and all the PSDs will be given to the developer. This site must be created with PHP, MySQL, and using CSS standards and MUST NOT use any content management systems like Joomla or Drupal. It must be a custom implementation. Code must be clean, organized, and easy to follow, and commented often. Developer must also agree to provide bug support for up to 45 days after the final version has been created. Our time budget is 30 days to get a fully bug free product completed. Please provide work samples when bidding.
