Change theme and localize a magento shop

Our web store need to modify for the Japanese market. We need expert to improve and localize the website. Change the size of pre-view images of description page. Some images cannot enlarge in description page . Backup the site. And store at hosting. Change default language to Japanese. Currancy change to Japanese yen. Change the theme: I will provide the design with detail pixel and size.
