We are requesting a client log-on system, this system to be modular for future add-ons that we will request using the same company who builds this. We did make a request a few months ago but since we have a few deaths in the family we had to stop the bidding. We also make an easy to follow diagram to help in the bidding. This is 100% real and except this to be finished within a reasonable time frame. The system must be PHP & MYSQL with md5 security or better. Also admin area should be template-based layout for easy change and to add modules later. Also the client area to be template based so we can integrate into existing site. The admin area to have the following things, require user name & password for access to admin screen, report all failed attempts to us ( by email ). The admin area to have the options to add, edit and delete any information. We should also have the option to search by account number, telephone number, ect. More detailed inforation is listed below and a drawing can be downloaded. Please don't bid if you say something like 5-100 bucks or don't have time to complete it or you don't know how to write secure PHP as our in-house techs will be looking though all coding, also if you write 10 buck an hour or anything we won't consider you. Also all the code to remain ours and will not be sold, released or reused in any other application. This bid will end with 10-14 days and we expect work to start within 7 days after we select winner. NO GAMES ALLOWED and we would like emails from coder everyday or every other day. Also if you have links to an system you have done that is great, just remember we will not contact you by phone or private email and only will comunicate though this system. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
