Create & manage a database on LAMP

I need a DBA type resource to create & manage a database.. with some queries, import/export functions, some logic & simple online access. - Database size: small test DB initially (5000 records) - Should grow to 10 000 to 100 000 records in next 3 to 9 months... - Probably about 20 to 30 fields per record. Some tables & logic. REQUIRED: A quote for the initial small trial database - set-up of the basic database structure, - & import/export functions (with some rules & data manipulation), - database back-ups, security, some reporting. You need to be - reliable, fast, cost-effective & well-skilled. - accurate & be thorough (few mistakes.) You will work on GMT+1 timezone - so you need to be able to sync with our workday at some point. Delivery within a week. We'd like to know - what experience you have - what projects you worked on & what your role was - what tools you use to write online interfaces - what databases you prefer working with - what work references you can provide If you are good & this project succeeds, we will pass more work your way.
