Create Voicemail for A2Billing (Asterisk Project)

**ASTERISK + A2BILLING PLATFORM + VOICEMAIL ARI** You must be familiar with the A2Billing platform and hence Asterisk as well. My requirements are basically two: **1) VOICEMAIL** Current version of A2Billing comes with NO Voicemail facility. Previous versions had Voicemail however the author removed it. All I want from you is to provide me with step-by-step written details how to install it in my server. IMPORTANT: For me to judge your work as "acceptable" I will need to test the voicemail on test a server you will provide for me.
