We are planning to transfer a fairly large Swedish vBulletin based forum from vb2 into vb3 and at the same time make it possible for our members to pay a monthly fee to get some extra features in the forum. We are also planning to re-design the forum, so what we need is one skilled PHP/MySQL programmer with experience from vBulletin and one designer or one person/company that can do both. We want help with the actual transfer between the forum versions and also adding the new features below and a new design.
***Required new vbulletin features:***
Some of these may already be available in vb3, you just have to make sure all below easily can be done by me through the original admin panel.
* Automatic payment system. Members should be able to upgrade their account to “elit??-status automatically by sending in a sms to a special phone number. The actual sms payment part is already available; once the payment is received a special URL will be called to confirm the payment.
* Elit-membership should mean that the members get the following extra features to their account:
* * Can change colour scheme/special template without ads (see more about design below).
* Get a special badge beside every new post in the forum
* Be able to store more PM than normal members (I set the amount)
* Access to a special forum, only for Elit-members

Design changes***
We have very conservative members so the design can’t change too much. When it comes to the actual upgrade from vb2 to vb3, vb3 must be re-configured slightly to look more like vb2 in some areas. Apart from that we want a new and fresh design, but keep some basic elements from the current design.
For our new elit-members we want to provide different colours to choose from and their templates should not contain any banner ads. There just have to be one main design, but with possibility to change the colour, so basically there’s just one design to create.
