Clickbank XML import into CCK

I need a simple PHP script/module to download, parse and import the clickbank XML feed into a Drupal based, CCK based mysql database the feed is here [login to view URL] as the DTD suggests its only 1 table, but you need to create a second lookup table to carry the categories and sub-categories (using taxonomy) Script shall run nightly and handle updates, deletes and new records properly.
