Amazon S3 FileSyncronizationProvider for Microsoft Sync Framework

I require a custom provider to be written for the Microsoft Sync Framework (version 2.0) that targets Amazon S3's service as a filestore.? I require that the implementor use the SDK that is availible for .NET from Amazon WebServices to implement this provider. The Provider shall: implement anchor based change tracking be a drop in peer provider, such that it can me used as a "remote provider' within the Sync Framework. Implementing Filtering is not required An NUnit Test Harness will be provided upon successful bidding to ensure agreement on expected deliverables.
