Create a joomla template for an existing site

Hello, We need to create a new design for our joomla site. The site already got a design and we need to make it again from scratch with better code.. you will need to preserve parts of the old design. We need the site to be fixed size - i.e. the site will not break on smaller resolution, but keep the design intact. - not fluid. The site is in hebrew and have to be RTL. There is a main page to be redesigned - the sub pages are already designed and you should use them. The modules are also already designed and should keep their design. Some inputs will be given along the way in order to do fine tuning.. I will need you available @ IM for constant work. You will be able to copy the site and work on it in your server, make sure to provide a URL that we can follow up. Please have GOOD English - we need to have a good contact with you.
