Convert Joomla component to PHP application

I have an application that creates documents for lawyers, based on templates for legal contracts and a database where the client´s information is stored. The Joomla component that was created does 90% of the things that is it supposed to do. I would like to export it to PHP and divide it into several modules. Think that 90% of all the code you will write is already written. I will pay $5 for a 15 minute discussion to any coder that sends a bid that can show me experience developing C-O-M-P-O-N-E-N-T-S with Joomla. If you "did a website with Joomla" please, do not bother to bid. This 15 minute discussion will be the one that determines the amount of your bid and the extent of your work. Your English MUST be excellent. With all due respect, if you are from Asia, and particularly from India, I will want to make sure that you actually can speak English. I mean no disrespect by this. I have just had one too many terrible experiences with idiomatic barriers. If on top of that you speak Spanish, you have a great advantage.
