Clone a website

I am looking for a clone that is a combination of: i s t o p o v e r .com and a i r b n b .com Ideally, the completed project will be in Joomla so that I can easily administer all changes. If you have a different suggestion, I would be glad to hear it - but it must be very easy to use and have all the SEO features that Joomla has. Strong preference for those able to complete this in Joomla. I will provide a complete "Requirements" document to providers that are able to demonstrate the background and experience for a project like this. Please provide your quote based on the two websites listed above. You will have an opportunity to change it after I send you the requirements list. You must post links ONLY to projects that are somewhat similar to the two website above. Please do not post a bunch of unrelated sites because I don't have the time to look through them all. If the first one or two are not relevant, I will not look through the rest and will not select your bid. My budget for this project is $500 - $1,000. I will probably not be able to move forward with this project if the bid is above $1,000. PMB any questions.
