A few Drupal 5.7 site maintenance issues

We have a large site that has a few minor changes needed to it. Here's the list:
1. after a person logs on [or creates an acct] they need to be sent STRAIGHT to their profile page.
2. Our profiles need to have a BIRTHDAY field and a checkbox to either keep that field PRIVATE or PUBLISHED [This will replace the AGE field we currently have]
3. Profiles currently have a zipcode field. It needs to be REQUIRED and needs to auto populate the CITY and STATE field once they leave the ZIPCODE field.
4. we have a content type of EVENT we need commenting enabled on this that allows anonymous comments that are checked by our MOLLOM acct.
5. Our front page has a poll. It also needs anonymous comments controlled by MOLLOM
