We prepare a short statement of work (SoW) for the tasks you have outlined. We will need to learn your requirements more deeply than the current description. As of our current knowledge, we would develop a JavaScript plugin with a T-shirt sized drawing canvas and the usual painting and text formatting tools, including a function for uploading pictures, but validation and pricing aspects are unclear. Hello, I just finished to implement plugin into a contest site - the product with the best design will win a competition and will be created and sold by a big company. Is done with js and html5, so will work with mobile phones too. I am not sure about the final time estimation, because I need to find more details about how you want to integrate it and what do you want to have in the configurator, but Im sure that I can integrate the plugin into your site and make the workflow to run.
